Holly Carter screens MY BEAUTIFUL NICARAGUA and talks about teaching empathy and global citizenry to students as a keynote speaker at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hills’s World View conference. The 2018 K-12 Global Education Symposium is organized by Charlé LaMonica and her amazing staff and is attended by 300 teachers from North Carolina. Holly was honored to be introduced by North Carolina’s Teacher of the Year, Freebird McKinney.
